Unless otherwise stated, meetings of the Stark County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society are held at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of the month in Room 107 of the Trinity United Church of Christ at 3909 Blackburn Road Northwest in Canton, OH. Social time is from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Visitors are always welcome.
January 12: Society Business Meeting. – There will be no program for this meeting. We will be addressing various society issues, reviewing the last year and looking at issues that we will face in the new year. All members are strongly encouraged to come and participate.
February 9: Genealogical Show and Tell – This is where you our members can bring in there own unique items to show the group. If you have a unique picture or artifact that you have acquired during your genealogical journeys that you would like to share please contact me through our contact form on the the website or directly at thouck78@gmail.com
March 8: Rick Campbell: Stark County Recorder - Rich Campbell from the Stark County Recorder’s Office will be telling us what types of documents and services the recorder’s office can provide for our genealogical research.
